I was banned for attempting to recover an account that I had previously sold, which was unethical and against the rules. Here is the relevant thread:

I built a Discord bot for Fredd to his specifications and sent him the code files. He later reported me for scamming, which is untrue. I don't have Discord proof as that account was deleted, but I have the code on Github as evidence.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I am unable to send messages on Sythe due to my ban. However, I intend to reach out to the victims via Discord to apologize and discuss any necessary reparations.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I tried to ask David for recovery information to recover an account that I had sold to @namestakenbro. I acknowledge that this was unethical and against the rules. I apologize for the inconvenience and harm my actions may have caused. Since then, I have taken time to reflect on my behavior and distanced myself from OS black markets, with no intention of returning. I ask for your forgiveness and a chance to make amends.

You mentioned I need to refund @Fredd, however his report was illigitmate. I spend ~10 hours coding a Discord bot for him and provided him with the bot script and told him how to edit things if needed. I am not responsible for this. I can provide the Github repo for his code.

As for the other issue, I received a verdict below. Does this not mean I don't need to refund since it was not my fault for his banning?

I don't understand why I would be liable for this refund to @Fredd ? I provided him a service and he paid me. I went above and beyond and altered the bot to his needs after sending it to him, even though revisions were not part of our agreement. The image of the repo is below as proof.

As for the other scam report, how am I able to reach out to him? I am unaware of the account that was scammed and the amount since it was ~ 1 year ago. His account also seems to have a DNT on it, so I can't PM him.

It also appears that Fredd does not have a valid Discord server anymore, so there is no way to reach out to him.

 

I talked to Fredd and he stated that I will not need to refund. I agreed to help him out with other things instead.

After being banned, I deleted my Discord and left the Sythe community. I have no chats available.

 

Also, in the verdict it stated. I did try to help with unbanning the account, but it was rejected.

"They will have to assist you with unlocking/unbanning if they wish to return to the market."
