Take note of the fact that all the users he's done legitimate business with are donors, people he likely would not get away with scamming. All the people he's scammed are non-donors, generally low post count and even new users. He is clearly targeting those who will be less likely to provide a valid report against them, and is clearly scamming people. This is backed by the fact that if you check his market threads he has ignored several people trying to trade with him in favor of a better target for his scams. He also has used the same excuse for 2 of the 3 scam accusations claiming they're calling him a scammer because wouldn't sell them cheap enough GP. The amounts however he's scammed are rather minuscule, and something tells me there's no conspiracy to make him look like a scammer over a number of small scams. Should certainly be banned until he provides evidence to the contrary of these accusations against him.
