RSPS help pnpc

I am trying to make a item such as a ring, transform the player into a pnpc upon equiping, and once unequipped transforms back
It'd be pnpc 40 to equip and pnpc -1 to unequip.
My server's vesion is a 719 (ben's project base)

If anyone has any ideas on how to write the code and where to place, please reply or message.
