IP locations will match up, both have poor English, same interest in RSPS he's had on Reason and several previous ban evading accounts. Donated via BTC to avoid staff or anyone noticing his PP email which is known for being associated with a scammer/vader.

Also selling same pure (had a bit of training including several mage levels without any HP levels, suggesting he probably trained via alching.)
