Reporting a off site scammer

I thought i would do a little research on this guy after he atempted to scam me yesterday, i typed his Skype in google and boom came across a site that he's already scammed someone on.

His user names are different on Sythe to the one i found that he had been scamming on. But his Skypes are the same as you will see in the next picture...

as you can see on the left his account his banned and in the post is his matching Skype.

If this does not qualify to get him banned then im sure a Trade With Caution is prob the best thing for this user.

I'll try find a scam report on there or something for you now.
