Rsorder Owner Plz? Scam

I was once viewing some posts on here and seen the RSORDER owner personally comment on a thread asking if his site was a scam. I am looking for you now because you are a liar and a scammer. Last month I made two orders for $22.80, I received 1 refund and no refund for the other. Upon your own chat asking me if I ever received that refund and me looking back into my credit card, I noticed from my bank account I only received one of the 2 refunds. I even showed your chat operator my entire bank statement downloaded from my bank's website to prove it. He then told me he could not give me my new order for $41.80 and that I already received my refund for both of the $22.80 orders despite showing him my bank statement for 2 purchases and only 1 refund. After receiving no email informing I was going to receive a refund as you usually do through moneybookers, the new chat operator told me I was given a refund on my alipay. I called him out and told him, "I ordered through moneybookers you are lieing and I will contact my bank to make fraud charges," he proceeds to tell me the refund failed to make a moneybookers. I informed him I had a moneybookers. He continually ignored it and told me to make a moneybookers if the refund fails again. I told him, "Can you not read I have a moneybookers?" Then he tells me to come back in 4 hours, ironically as the same operator yesterday did. I am going to upload screen shots of the chat and post them on here. So stay tight Sythe community. But RSORDER is one of those scam sites where you can get the order sometimes, but sometimes they'll plain out steal your money based on who your dealing with.
