Training def?

Whats the best places to train using legacy nowadays? I'm currently 65 def trying to get 99.

 

I believe abyss with Nox Scythe is between 700-800k xp/h, possibly more. You'll have to do some research on your own to find out the exact xp rates.

 

I don't get eoc at all so I've using legacy and training at the deadly red spiders and I got to 70 def in like an hour, crazy how fast training is on RS3

 

Yeah man deadly red spiders is what you want. Just get full dharoks, get your hp down real low and 1 hit them in the wildy dungeon - forgot what it's called. Insane xp - 300-400k def xp/hr

 

It depends what your stats are....

Nox scythe at abyss was already mentioned, but if you're lower def and cant use scythe, then you might be banking too often...

Def was one of my first 99s... So I'm sure there's better ways theses days, but if I recall, I afked at desert bandits in full guthans + god cape, and when I didn't wanna just afk, I just did slayer.
