RSMalls scam report

So to start it's @Dbuffed, cant be bothered to log on my laptop to type this up

[www.rsmalls.com][1100+Vouches][1800+Powerbot][750+OSbot]Julia's RS Gold Shop - Someone I know off Facebook (I am joint to a RS group, he has tried to purchase gold from them and told me about it) has tried to purchase gold, for whatever reason they have decided not to sell/give him the gold.

I have since decided to go in the chat myself and ask + give instructions to how they can actually refund him correctly. They have been extremely unresponsive, claiming they are "busy" so they cant refund, and "their manager isn't there" so they cant refund either, although we all know you can click PayPal payments and issue refund.

as you can see, those are the only responses I got other than my own. This is just completely shitty for anyone to have to deal with, especially from a "reputable website" that shouldn't be on Sythe let alone other websites to begin with.

 

@Julia do you or manager have a response here?

 

Hi, sorry for budding in but I recently had an issue with them as well. @Dbuffed have the person add the managers on Skype. All I had to do was message the manager letting them know the situation and if it wasn't fixed within a few hours I'd be reporting them on Sythe and they refunded immediately. I believe he got a refund earlier this morning in the end after all this. Not too sure but he bought gold elsewhere.

 

sorry for no reply on Sunday here, for some new buyer ,if he can not cooperate to verify order ,we need refund ,normally we can do in 24hours ,but maybe delay on weekend, sorry for this =)
