Will test but honestly dont mind paying for it. Most switchers require you to press 4 keys for a 4-way switch for example. Your scripts requires 1 key for a 4-way switch which makes it very easy and userfriendly to us

So, remember the attack style and prayer flicking functionality I did a few days ago? Now you can bind them to keys too. So I reserved entire number row for that: CTRL+1, CTRL+..., up until CTRL+0.

Quick guide:

• Login to client
• Run script
• Press CTRL+1 (or any number 0-9)
• Menu appears (just like in above GIF)
• Choose your action

Pressing CTRL+1 will now do that action. You can have up to 10 of these. Remember, you can only bind one key to one action. Though, don't worry - you don't have to keep count. Already bound actions will be removed from list.

Is this a here-to-stay way of binding? I don't know. But I needed to have something, so you can test the functionality.

I still wan't to test it myself, before releasing the trial version. Installing Windows on VM already Also, new installation guide will be made - this will also take some time out of my precious day.
Hoping to release the trial in 6h!

Yes, the name has changed, since it isn't simply an autoswitcher anymore. And yes, it's with a 'K'.
Anyways, another trial is here! I've added bunch of more stuff to it since the first release.
It isn't anywhere done. I just want some feedback from you, so I can plan ahead and implement things that are important to YOU.
If you find a bug, just let me know in here - so people know it will be worked on.

Quick guide:
1) extract the zip
2) open INSTALL.bat
3) start xKombat.exe

NOTE:

• Before step 3, you have to have client logged in already, as xKombat needs to do some calibrations
• When you open xKombat, your client will be automatically opened/ gains focus.
• Also, a little GUI appears upon starting. If you close that, whole application will close
• When finished recording builds, check your /builds folder to make sure your images are correct
• You can manually delete images/ sub-folders in /builds folder
• When you do switching/ flicking the mouse will jump from starting position to target, and then jump back to original position. So it is wise to hold your cursor near enemy, so you don't have to pointlessly drag your mouse across screen, wasting precious time. It also hints that particular switch is done, when cursor jumps back to point of origin.

RECORDING A BUILD:
Already have a guide on that from last time: xSwitcher - The New Autoswitcher [multi client] + download

USING THE NEW NUM-ROW BINDINGS:

• Press CTRL+1, for example
• You'll be asked for an action - choose one
• Next time you do CTRL+1, action will be triggered

USING THE CONFIGURATION FILE (conf.ini)
You can map your function keys in that file. Do not change the keys, only values (F-keys).
Using configuration like that, you don't have to change your in-game keys. Nor do I have to bother you with input boxes.


REMINDER:
THIS PROJECT IS NOT READY. Last days I have only tested it on OS-Scape. It should work on other clients as well, but I can't say for sure. Many things are subject to change. Also, I would be ever so grateful for some feedback, good or bad - just let me know! PLEASE ^^ In future, I can give out longer trials to people who have gave me honest feedback/ tested it.

Hi, had some trouble when keybinding. The pictures in the "Build" folder look fine but the after one switch it start clicking on different spots and it sometimes doesn't switch everything. The Prayer switches do work tho.

Couple of questions so I can pinpoint the problem:

• What kind of client are you using?
• What kind of items are you trying to switch?
• Can you show/ send me the contents of the "build" folder?
• Is your inventory made NON-transparent?
• Have you configured the conf.ini file properly?

EDIT: Also, when you change your clients window position/ size, you have to either press CTRL+O to re-calibrate the window (also resets bindings) OR just restart application.
EDIT2: When choosing actions when binding NUMBER ROW keys, you have to make client window active again (click on it/ alt tab/ etc), because it looses focus when GUI appears!

New task:

• Activate client again after an action is chosen from the number row binding GUI NOT_DONE

 

Tested it on OSBuddy and OsScape - works.
EDIT: Tested it on original OSRS client - works
These 3 clients (OSB, OSRS, OSScape) are the ones that I support entirely right now. I can add other clients in future quite easily.

So I had all the TO-DO's scattered all over the thread. Now I combined them under this post, so it's easier to follow what I need to implement next. All task related changes will be done in this post.

New tasks:

• Re-think combat style switching DONE
  • Which is sad, because I worked hard for the current system...
• Some bindings are not nicely implemented in code, refactor! IN_PROGRESS
• Add Alora RSPS support DONE
• Reduce the number of static methods/ enums/ variables IN_PROGRESS
• Bind CTRL+P action to another key DONE
• Enable "kombat-mode", where you don't have to hold down CTRL key to trigger actions. DONE
  • Simply press such defined key once to enable kombat-mode (again, to stop). Now, pressing just A key will trigger the build switch. Or pressing just number 4 will trigger bound action -- no more holding down CTRL-key. Also, it removes the need for CTRL+P
• Click special attack bar relative to calibration point as different clients have their own window margins DONE
• Remove the need for equipping weapon with special attack ability when starting up the program (or resetting it with CRTL+O) DONE

 

That looks amazing! I'd definitely buy this if it was on the market.

When changing your screen size it starts bugging. Also it's pretty hard to press CTRL + A for example and then switch to your spellbook by having to press f4 if you could dim down the amount of buttons used for example "A" to switch instead of left ctrl + a it would be a big help.

 

No, you shouldn't switch to your spellbook by function keys - this functionality is already there, in Runescape.

You should be using CTRL+R. So it's pretty easy to just do CTRL+A and then CTRL+R -- everything by the left hand.

What I am worried about, though, is your other problem:

What do you mean by "bugging" what happens? what should happen?

Well, as this isn't something you leave on running hours on end, and you still have to do manual labor, I would say pretty low. And you should be safe in rsps's
Though, I am still going to implement random points around the center of target position.

Trial ends on 13.th There's too little interest, I will probably not extend it in a long time. The process of releasing this bad boy takes an hour, so it's not worth it...
