We don't accept raw chat logs as proof. Are you able to get pictures of the conversation in the actual Skype window?

Also, I need to see proof of a Skype match, since he doesn't list his Skype address directly on his profile (to verify you were speaking with him and not an impostor).

It looks like he doesn't post his Skype publicly very often, if ever, as I couldn't find it when I looked. It is possible he thought he could get away with scamming you and having it brushed off as an impostor, but that PM you got seals the deal.
