RSGS - Is it possible?

I've over some time considered selling WoW Gold. I've found several websites who agrees to buy the gold i farm for them.

So i just wonder if this is legal to do, and can I be sued since I'm selling the gold to the website? I know I can be banned but thats nothing I will cry about over the night.

 

Yes, you can run into some legal issues when it comes to some selling certain intangible items. It really comes down to the Terms and Conditions for a particular game. Such as runescape, when you agree to their ToS your account and everything on it is their intellectual property and therefore not yours to sell.
However, they usually just ban your account.

 

They don't really care too much. You'll just be banned from the game. It violates the game's rules. No laws. But If it does break laws ( You'll have to check which rules count in your country) You shouldn't take the risk of getting caught.
