Can these items be used as regular weapons? And do they degrade?

 

Interested in the Maul! But I was wondering how I would get it is is tradable out of Demonhiem? Or will we trade in the dungeon? And if in the dungeon how will I get it out?

the maul can not be traded the method of me getting it to you is you killing me in clanwars (red portal) and its already out of the dungeon so theres no need for you to worry about getting it out.

they only ''degrade'' when you trade them or drop them
and maul only needs 80 str but long needs 80 att
