That's situational. If thee EOC brings in new players, the surplus of cash would be mitigated.

That's true, but it could also make lots of old players quit.

There was a huge exploit using the crucible method which caused gp to crash, I don't feel it'll go up for a while since JaGeX is starting rollbacks and bans. Also they stated a new bot nuke will be taking place.

Well when that glitch/dupe was exploited the GP price was around the same as it is now. It did drop really low but didn't take long at all to go right back up.
