it depends on if the market value changes, how much your willing to pay, what percentages your buying the item at. specify details on if you have money to buy the most expensive way and get your money back, or if your on a tight budge...

 

In regards to speed and also keeping costs low I suggest super defences to 89:

It will cost you 56,488,603 GP based on today's prices.

That will be a total of 27,349 potions.

Although doing super attacks is a little less, it also means 14,000+ more potions made, yet only saving around 3M.
