The thing your missing is the fact that you could just scam people. There's no way to get around that.

No there isn't. The collector put down a bond for say $100. Why would he steal $25 and be down $75 and get banned ontop of that (it is easy to prove that you have send the money, weather it be paypal or RSGP.)

Please note I'll only be taking RSGP as this thread suggests. You can buy GP with Paypal from someone(including me), but won't be able to donate Paypal money directly.
