    No there isn't. The collector put down a bond for say $100. Why would he steal $25 and be down $75 and get banned ontop of that (it is easy to prove that you have send the money, weather it be paypal or RSGP.)

    Okay guys I've talked to Matthew and I'll be sending out a bond tomorrow. I'll lock this for now.

    Please note I'll only be taking RSGP as this thread suggests. You can buy GP with Paypal from someone(including me), but won't be able to donate Paypal money directly.

    Sort of. I bought his GP and then he sent it directly to Matthew.
