i just bought 100m for 100$ using paypal, unfortunatly the person has not given me the 100m so im just wondering if there is anything i can do. can i get my money back through paypal? or have i just lost 100$?

File a claim against him where you can prove you haven't received the items yet if you haven´t purchased it using C&C.

 

sorry im not very good with paypal, how can i prove i havent recieved it, its a game?

Not sure how you can prove it, maybe by msn chat logs?

my credit card is linked to my paypal account, i didnt have any funds in my paypal account so the 100$ came off my credit card i assume. i dont know what to do to get it back because i cant prove anything?

 

If on the off chance you live in the UK, if you paid by credit card you can claim anything back.

 

i do live in the UK and i paid off my cc through my paypal account. can you pm me your msn or something to help me out bud?

First you should report the guy so he can't scam anyone else, you will need proof. Also if you sent it as a gift you have no hope. However, if you sent it as a normal payment i have a technique which will 70% get your money back but is risky.

 

You just need to contact your bank and tell them to cancel the transaction

 

dont say you are recieving vertual items or paypal will automatically deny you.

 

i didnt send as a gift. it wasnt someone from sythe. so i should ring up my bank? do i have to ring them straight after it happened or can they still sort it a day or two after?

 

You need to ring them now and tell them you have been scammed on the internet and to not allow any transactions through paypal until you say it's ok

 

i cant the bank is closed it will be tomorrow when i can ring them, is it to late?

You should have no problems filing a credit card chargeback.

 

Do NOT say you didn't make the payment, they will treat your credit card as stolen and launch an investigation.

Just say you were trying to purchase virtual items on the internet and state you have been scammed, be completely honest to your bank at all times.
