very interesting story. As you can see by Join date on here i didn't get to experience that in rs but it has happened in many different games as well Such as Diablo I and Diablo II

 

Yea...too bad I wasnt playing back then, this is one of the reasons purple phats are so much cheaper than others.

Very very sick man i wish i played in that time.. I miss old rs though it's not that im addicted, but i miss the old mates i had etc.. very good memories.. rs is fucked now and its getting more worse.. yeah i remember my bro played rs 8 years ago.. and now if i look at his acc i miss the time when he came happy to me telling that he could catch now swordfish...

Another dupe happened during the RS2 Beta actually.

He was promised unlimited membership for as long as the game existed, but they ended up banning him for something.

Considering Christmas crackers arn't obtainable, a spike like that would probably cause everyone to be banned.

They didn't sell for that much back then, i was appart of the dupe once it was found - they were between 100-300k bud, i have screens probably on my old comp still =D
