RSC server in works, I need help

Ok so i am starting a new project im going to work on during the rest of school and the summer. I am going to make a RSC server that is alsmot exactly like the real thing. It will have quests, skills, everything the original had. The only issue I have run into so far is how to get other people to connect to the server. I don't want to open up ports, i mean i have done that but nothing happens. Would a hamachi work for this? If so what would i set the server i.p. to and what would i set the client i.p. If you know of any other ways to get it so people can connect my server thanks. Also you can sign up as a tester at this point. All testers will recieve 2 christmas crackers, 1 santa hat, and 1 monster mask of their choice. Thanks guys and i really hope you can help me out.

Ill sign up, yeah you can do it through hamatchi but the last server I signed up to through hamatchi had a lot of trouble, people taking control of users computers etc.

those website tutorial are not clap at all.
All tutorials says that have to replace "server=localhost" in server.ini to
"server=YOURIP"
And then it shoudl work. But its not going :S
Some tutorials says that have to open port something like 43594 but that wount work eather.
I have totaly same problem. Just cant make it to global.
If have someone who can make a better tutorial of that then we thanks u.

I can already tell that you have no java or programming skills at all... so it won't be happening. even java experts find it very very difficult and time consuming to make a basic rsc server, rsc is a lot harder to build than rs2. and I seriously doubt there will be any even sightly decent rsc servers now that reines has moved on him, pr4y and stork were the only decent programmers\info finders and idk what happened to stork but pr4y and reines have left.
