RsBuddy Problems

IV been looking around for a few hours now and cant find a working solution to the problem with my RsBuddy.

Whenever I sign in there is an error stating that the Connection Failed. Please try again shortly.

Any solutions to this?

I'v cleared the cache and tried totally deleting it and re-downloading it and still the same problem.
