rsbotvps.com scamming me?

i have bought the preferred package from rsbotvps.com around 3 days ago i have not gotten a email back from them or a support ticket reply, also i have messaged kiwi to help me but alas no messages back. as of now i can not access the website for some reason there is a failure to connect to the client area. i am having problems taking back my money, since i have over 15 grand that could be lost if i withdraw or make a complaint over paypal. please help me!!

I AM IN NO WAY SAYING RSBOTVPS.COM IS SCAMMING ME I AM JUST LOST.BUT IF THEY ARE SAY SO.

Yes i have checked my junk mail. so maybe this thread will catch his eye but i am hoping we can work this out.

Try to send in another ticket explaining your problems... They are definitely not known for scamming.

kiwi is having problems getting money around his paypal as seen in help,requests area of the forum. so i guess i could try to help him out.

Doublecheck your payment to them, maybe it didnt go through?
