The fact that it hasnt have a SSL certificate makes me sad.
The website was set up like 2 days ago. We're redoing the billing; the way the billing works as of now (paypal offsite secure payment) has absolutely no need for a SSL, paypal handles it all. The SSL was already purchased, just waiting for installation.
It says 1 gb ram for that price but that isnt guaranteed.

It is guaranteed, please don't assume it isn't. Yes, the server is shared with others (as with all VPS's) but if any user is using a large amount (most do not use their full RAM), they can be relocated to a different node for free that will better accommodate them and not cause service problems for others.

Hardware support is handled within 24 hours generally. Hardware problems are rare and are usually detected by us before a client even submits a ticket.

99.5% is the
guaranteed uptime. Actual uptime is 99.9% or higher. The reason you think that other VPS providers have a guarantee of 99.9% is because in the terms of service and guarantee documents they state that this is not affected by a multitude of possible causes for outage. Also, 99.99% is
not the industry standard, I don't know where you came up with that. 99.9% is the industry standard, which we meet.
1000 GB/month come on, it's just a marketing trick because nobody uses that much because your server cant hold it.
No body is going to use 1000 GB/mo botting on Runescape, but they could do it running other processes.
I'm not trying to be harsh or aggressive, but some of the statements you made simply aren't true or justified. I just don't want you or others to assume things that simply aren't true with our service, though they may be with other providers.
