RS_James Requesting Pardon for Ban Evasion

Quick introduction - Hello all. I believe this is my third pardon for my ban back in 2014. I have considered the feedback from both my first and second pardon which have back reached the USL before being rejected. I hope this time I manage to go one step further and be unbanned.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I was banned a few years ago for a dispute regarding a Runescape service. I was doing a service for 'eggy' and he paid via paypal. With this paypal money I bought the required bot to do the service. A problem occurred with the service and the person wanted a refund. I couldn't refund at the the as I had already spent the money on the script. The person wouldn't let me do the service even by hand and I couldn't refund so I was banned. I didn't appeal it at the time as I just quit services for the time.
About a year ago I made a new account, I started up services again and satisfied all of my customers and started to build a reputation up again. I was then banned for ban evading. I knew I had made a new account however there wasn't a scam on it and I had no intentions off it. The only reason I made a new account was that I thought my previous ban was a misunderstanding rather then a scam.

I have matured a lot more since the incident and even since my first and second pardons. I was a bit naive at the time of my ban and I should have handled things a lot better and more professionally. I have since not been involved in any scam, I have kept clean. Some of the feedback on my last pardons was to stay away from certain areas on a certain forum. Which I have done and I have no intention of being involved in them areas. This site was HackForums, I use the site mainly for its marketplace for Runescape and other games as well as contributing to the general gaming section.

I hope that everyone realizes was one genuine mistake poorly handled by a boy with little experience. Since the incident, I have only matured and been a lot more professional in all my actions. I have pardon'ed twice already and got to the second round of voting twice, I hope that my actions and response to your feedback since them two is enough to prove to you I deserve this second chance. I won't let yous down.

You actually were pardoned successfully the second time it seems. You were then rebanned for blackhat activities:
