Wasted a whole hour of my time asking for pointless verification questions, at one time even tried getting me to take a picture of my credit card and sending it to them. Melisa the representative is a complete idiot. Told me after an hour of wrangling that they only could fulfill 1/3rd of my order because they didn't bother checking. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY.

We had that long time verification process because it is your first time buying gold from us and your order is more than 200$,we need confirm your identity,
whether you have legit possession of the credit card,
whether you are using your own paypal account to pay.
This is for decreasing fraud and detect scammers.
something that benefits all customers and MMORPG players.
