I was banned after posting a gold purchase thread where I was looking to purchase a large amount of gold/items in one go. From what I understand, this was viewed as suspicious activity and/or attempted scamming risk at the time.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
To the best of my knowledge, there were no victims and no one lost anything as a result of my actions. I did not scam anyone, receive goods without payment, or cause a financial loss to another user.

That said, if staff are aware of any victim, report, debt, or unresolved issue connected to my account that I may not know about, I am fully willing to cooperate and repay anything owed immediately. I am also willing to follow staff instructions if funds need to be sent to the community repayment wallet.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I am requesting a pardon for the actions and circumstances that led to my ban on RS3GoldMart.

At the time, I posted a thread looking to purchase a very large amount of RuneScape gold/items in one transaction. I understand now how that could have appeared suspicious, especially in a trading marketplace where staff have to protect users from potential scams before they happen. Even though I never intended to scam anyone and no victim was created, I accept that my conduct and the way I approached the trade created concern and risk for the community.

Looking back, I should have been more careful, transparent, and responsible. I should have understood that large trades require trust, proper safeguards, and clear communication. Instead, my post created doubt around my intentions, and I accept responsibility for that.

I previously requested a pardon in 2018, but it was denied. Since then, a significant amount of time has passed. I have matured, moved on with life, and now I have recently started playing OSRS again. Coming back to the game has reminded me of the community aspect I used to enjoy, and I would like the opportunity to participate in Sythe again properly and respectfully.

If I am allowed back, I will follow all Sythe rules, trade carefully, use appropriate safeguards where needed, and conduct myself respectfully. I also understand that trust is earned over time, not simply granted because a pardon is posted. I am willing to accept the outcome of this pardon process without hostility or complaint.

I apologies to the Sythe community and staff for the concern my actions caused. Even if there was no scam victim, I understand that suspicious behavior damages trust in the marketplace. I would appreciate the opportunity to return, rebuild trust, and enjoy the RuneScape community again in a legitimate and responsible way.
