I have an account, right now it's ranked 3155 in highscores but it will be back in the top 500 when I get 120 Invention.

Had trimmed comp cape so all quests done, etc.
When I get 120 invention, trimmed comp cape again.

When I sell invention will be at 120 so trimmed comp cape will be back, what's this worth?

 

Can't really put a price check on such accounts. If you find the right buyer, you might be able to sell it for a lot. However, without having an amazing reputation it will be really hard finding someone who trusts you enough to buy such an high-profile account.
