U'd have to go to login screen once it had loaded and adjust it there

 

Have you tried running the client in safe mode? I remember I had a similair problem a year or two back, I belive the way to do it is to hold in the 's' key on your keyboard while the client is loading up.

 

Yes, but when i adjust it there there is no option to put it back to small screen? You know how?

Holding 'S' while the client is loading did not do anything, I'm not sure how to get it onto safe mode

 

Have u tryed lowering the quality to low? and or changing from client to website and vice versa

 

What browsers can you run runescape on im using chrome and it wont let me only via client

Chrome discontinued supporting Java applications since some time ago. You can still run Java applications in Internet Explorer or Safari though. There is a workaround to get Java working on Chrome, read more about it here.

 

NXT isnt java so wouldnt it work?

 

Java no longer supports google chrome. Try a browser like Firefox

 

Download NXT and run auto setup and go from there. There are many options to change size of the client to fixed or resizable etc.

 

What is NXT? Will that help me with the lag etc?

 

NXT is what they named the new graphical rework of the game. It looks a lot better but requires you to download a different client which is a bit harder going on your PC. I was experiencing the same lag that you are which is why I just downloaded the old Java based client and everything works fine now
