Offsite dispute

I made a purchase for 1.5 B on February 1st from bogla . I was told I was over my limit. So I purchased 2000 M from Arcus not knowing they were owned by the same people. Once again I was told I was over my limit. They said they refunded the money that day on February 1, 2019. It is now February 8, 2019 I have still not received money to my bank. I reached out to them again today and they said that it would be there by early next week at the latest. So like it idiot I trusted them and purchased one more time because they said I was not at my limit and I was able to purchase. So I purchased 2.5 bill. After purchasing they told me they were Moving GP around to for fill my order. 20 minutes later they told me once again I was over my limit and they were refunding the $411. I am owed a total of $1006 and some change by these two websites. They have admitted that they were wrong in the screenshots that I have as well as admitting they old me $1006. A friend told me to post something on this site because you can possibly help me. Can anybody give me advice on what to do. I have picture proof and messages from them admitting they owe me $1,006 and change . please help

sorry for posting a different reply for each pic I don't know how to do otherwise .... it has been 7 days since they claimed to refund me . I have not received a $$ back and they clearly admit to owing me over $1,000

Moneris takes roughly 7-9 business days to be refunded back to the client - more than the average credit card processor unfortunately. The orders you're referring to were "cancelled" as you can see in the photos you posted. This means we did not accept them.

You've emailed us 4h ago saying you've already called your bank to chargeback every purchase made. You've already taken matters into your own hands. I can't say where that leaves the refund status at now.

 

Oh now it’s 7-9 days ? I’ve been told 5-7 all week. Stories keep changing.

 

We only recently found this out that Moneris' refund process was slower than G2A, or PayPal. They claim within the 5 day range, but our test payments we've done recently were within 7-9. I do apologies for you being caught up in this. Right now we can only wait to see if the refund comes in first, or your chargebacks. I would recommend asking your bank when it'll be returned, or if charging the payments back halts the refund process to get an accurate ETA.

 

I have no charges anything back . I did call my bank. And I plan on getting my money back no matter what I have to do. And I’m glad to know I’m a test dummy you your refunds . I don’t believe your just learning how long your system takes to refund . Listen to what your saying. Makes no sense !

 

Hey @ross parker since this is in part my fault, pm me to sort out a location to collect 100m for free to give you something to entertain yourself with while this is resolved.

 

No thank you ... 100m is not my $1,006.00 I’m owed .

 

@Bogla can you send me screenshots of user saying he will go through the bank to chargeback? If so ill close this thread as per Richards quote below.

 

No they can’t because I said I have called my bank not charged anything back I have never charged back. Glad to know your willing to close my case so fast because bogla is a good donor . Thanks I have not even called my bank yet as today is Saturday and they Are closed . I will give them a couple more days to make this right..You should say show me proof there has been a chargeback. Just because I said I would call my bank Means nothing that is a tactic to do whatever I have to do to get my money back.

 

@Tyler One of our agents on shift ATM sent you the image of his email which states:

"I have already called my bank as I have all live chat recored along with screen shots u sent me saying I was refunded ! I am fighting all charged through your site ."
