rs2 membership help (Surfpin)

Sorry this may be the wrong section but I neeed to ask something really urgent!

Hey guys, I recently tried getting membership through a mobile pay system
called Surfpin or something.

i called their number which was shown on the payment website during the membership payment process and they told me to press 0 on my mobile phone to continue or something but then the call disconnected. I attempted this twice and I heard it is something like $10.90 AUD per call or etc even though you dont receive the pin
Is it possible to chargeback these payments through contacting my phone company or etc? Has anyone experienced similar issues! Please help me!! thank you

 

if you are on a plan you could probaly tell the company that those payments were made and you did not receive what was implied (ie membership pin).

if you are on prepaid then it is lost sorry

 

k thanks for the help! thats what exactly I was told from the supports person for my phone company . apparently they can charge back my payments once the payments have appeared on my bill which will be around tomorrow!

 

Just use sms option.

 

Nah im not going to use any payment method related to my phone now too much stress and troubles occuring cause of them lol .

but seriousily the surfpin call payment is the biggest scam ever =.=.........
