Rs2 Gold Sell Scammer

SCAMMER DO NOT TRUST,TOLD ME TO PAY 18USD EVEN RUSHED ME,AFTER PAYING HIM HE TOLD ME HE DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING!!!

Hes Rushing me (so i was already thinking that he was a scammer) also he said he wont be Online for long but he was still online for a whole day...

Then he is lieing about giving me an e-mail and also about receiving the money i just payed him via paypal,i send him a picture of the proof that i payed him (wich he doesnt even accept since he knows he scammed me)

AND THEN he tells me its not @hotmail.com and that i have to send it to co.uk he also tells me i'm stupid.
BUT WHY WOULD SOMEONE have the same E-mail acount as him heck even have a paypal registered to it it with the name "gdiuwgh idfhhsgi" yes indeed to SCAM and remove the paypal acount afterwards he is finished scamming people

This scammer should be removed from Sythe!,he tells me he will refund me somehow (but he doesnt have any paypal money hes telling me)
But in picture 2 you can all see hes telling me he got other custommers.
This Kid is 100% NOT LEGIT!
