In response to not receiving a refund, that can fully be understood. Also I want to make it fully clear I would have no issue had the user been fully upfront with me from the start. It's made clear on the original post: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1944231-basbassibas-scammed-me-07-account.html that he was selling me HIS account which was later turned out to be fraudulent. He lied about this and gave me none of the recovery information which made it impossible for me to even regain access to the account. Had he been the original owner, this never would have been an issue. Also, upon delivery of the account he never fully gave me the account (Jag was never removed). This entire transaction was faulted from the beginning. I'm not saying I'm in the 100% right here, but this user has clearly taken advantage of me in a desperate situation and it is not right. I don't expect any compensation, but this isn't right as selling an account under false pretenses is a scam in itself. Thanks for your time. Have a blessed day.

 

I apologize in advance for having to make multiple threads, but there are 2 sides to every story. This user took advantage of my unknowing and CLEARLY stated he was the original owner of this account when I went to make the purchase. Here is proof of purchase.







Contacting the user after account was purchased trying to get him to help remove JAG which he kept making excuses (only trying to hide the fact he was not the original user.)




Offers me a refund in which I turn down as I was under the impression he'd help me remove Jag and gives me false recovery information.



Asking for a refund the following day which he turns down, (I'm aware that's his personal choice) but still expect help with JAG. Explains I can sell the account stating he's the ORIGINAL OWNER.




I make the mistake of selling the account to a scammer. (I take full responsibility.) I had no use for the account so I sold it and was careless. I reached out to this user hoping he'd help me as being the original owner he could easily recover the account. He agreed to help. I express my concerns as the account was NEVER fully delivered to me with JAG still on it and he explains he will recover it still as I await with no answer.




Still contacting about recovering the account as if it were his original account as stated, he would have no issue doing so. FINALLY admits to selling me someone else's account. I made a mistake sure, but this would have never happened had I knew what I was buying. Takes over a week to respond.



Finally I tried resolving this conflict through reporting on Sythe and being unsuccessful as certain parts of our conversation intentioanlly he left out. I know in the right of rights I fully deserve access to the account I purchased at least for this issue could've been resolved had he told the truth. I never would have purchased this account if I had known all these strings were attached. I express my concerns to him and he couldn't care less. It would mean a lot if some action were taken. This will be my last post as I'm only trying to explain myself. Thanks a bunch.

Pretty sure this is resolved, but I'll request Blupig give this a look

 

Hey @OP, I totally get where you're coming from but it's unfortunately a giant misunderstanding. I've talked to Bass a lot about this and he definitely won't be making the mistake of claiming ownership again. I can't even TwC him because everything was out on the table between you two, and he even offered you a refund twice. The only thing that was hidden from the trade was that he was not the original owner - he did however trust the original owner unconditionally, so he assumed (wrongfully) that it would be OK to proceed claiming that he was the original owner.

You were aware of the jag on the account. Removing it was not a condition of the trade. When Bass couldn't remove it, he offered you two refunds which you turned down. You also wrongfully assumed that the jag could be removed which is why you refused the refund, but that's nobody's fault other than your own.

Again I understand where you're coming from and it's a super shitty situation for you, but unfortunately there's nothing that can be done that is within good reason. Bass knows that I have my eye on him, so you can bet that if this happens again he'll be punished accordingly.
