rs07 account seller scammer

this guy: http://www.sythe.org/members/468482-venedigs.htm is selling his rs07 accounts really cheap (he's better ones for 35m 07 gold). I've bought an account of him and next day he reclaimed the account. I've noticed i'm not the only one this guy scammed.
