RS vs RS Classic

i remember playing beta in the computer lab during 6th grade because my friends older brother told us about it .... i find gameplay wise im more a fan of rs2 HONESTLY but then again sometimes i break out rsc for nostalgia and it really just makes me happy the community as has been said was loads better.. i was literally 11 years old didnt know shit about the game and didnt really get trolled on or anything hardly at all. The only thing we had to worry about was pedophiles!!! I had quit rs around 2004 .... then started back up 2011........ big change i like the new skills and just wish i could remember my old account stuff

 

Runescape classic back in the day shitted on Runescape. But the old school Runescape was also fun, until it got butchered beyond recognition.

 

Alot of people might disagree with me, but I do like alot of the new things that jagex put on runescape, like toolbelt or the coin pouch, and the fact that they acutally made the price of the items the price in the GE when you die. The classic was crab.
Is funny that alot of people complained about the shitty graphic of classic runescape and now people are complaining about the new updated graphics.

 

Yes that is my point of view too, I really wouldn't think the Gowers would come up with "Buying" new spins in the newest update.. Totally just telling us that "We want your cash, we don't care about RuneScape"

 

I started playing in Classic but still think that the very early stages of RS2 was better.

I welcomed RS2, at that age I thought it was incredibly haha, but if you were to compare RSC to RS2 now? RSC all the way.

 

rsc for sure, community sucks now days, however the graps were soo bad but still love it

Im a pro-older times ish guy myself, I like classic but my main time was actually on RS2... The HD seemed cool at first, but it got old, and It... just doesn't feel the same anymore. I prefer RSC/RS2 over the current RSHD, even though it's made some decent advancements.

 

Classic is cool, but there's a lot more to do in the other RS..

 

Runescape of 05 beats classic, but classic beats present day rs

 

U guys talking about classic lol,im playing classic from 2000 and still,never played rs2 they fcking destroyed it, there's no fun anymore, every1 buys xp, pking its dead also staking with so fucking many rules...3 HITS was better , still wonder..why no1 comes to play? Rsc its still alive with 3 servers...

 

RSC in my opinion, the community was so much better back then that you can't even imagine.

 

i found 2005-2007 before free trade was removed, even though it's back now , for some reason when it came back like a million scammers and lurers came with it plus mass botting

i mean i was 3 or 4 when classic came out.. so ill say rs.. when it was 2005-2006

 

I never really played RSC too much, I think RS2 Is better.

 

I played Rsc like for probably a few minutes Then logged off to play Rs2,I choose rs2 over rsc though

 

If i started playing RS for the first time now, I don't think i'd play for longer than a month.

I enjoyed classic when I played it but I always had login issues with it.

Classic was a greater game because it was new and unlike anything i'd ever played, but now there are plenty of games I could compare it too.

I think Classic up until 2007 was the prime time for me on RS.
