The name itself is probably not banned although no active account may have it as of right now.

 

THE NAME 420 with a zero is a banned name HAVING THE NAME 420 in mubers is not allowed like having the name bitc* or anything like that therefore 42O as in the letter o is as good as it gets. have a good day
