Okay, so, I'm looking at buying RS Gold. I have a PayPal account, but it is "restricted." It has currently a balance of $150 USD, which CAN BE WITHDRAWN to your bank account. If I were to give this account, with all details to someone, they could withdraw the $150 to their account. You can also change the name (owner) of the account, along with postal details AND email.

How could RSGP could I get for this?
(not expecting perfect value, because of the complications of such a deal).

Would 20 mil (in items ofcourse) be good value for $150 and the hassel this would take?
