Okay he said he would sell me a UGC for $10. I went first, paypal claim and cancel. He typed me a code that was invalid. He says the code has 3.50 left on it. idk even know if you can check a ugc card and if you can how the hell would there be 3.50 left on it when runescape membership is 7.99. Can a mod please contact with me so i can help provide more details if needed.
