Yep, they're putting so much money in to the rs economy it's unblievable, and then glitches too.. like the sigil glitch which brought in a huuugee amount of gp.
Does it change the drops if its a normal Row or RoW(4) or any charge's
I did have one with (4) and over 30k exp worth of kills like 50+ kills at hellhounds and nothing but bones and 7 charms
