Rothschild scammed me 70$ - False advertisement -

Amount scammed: 70$ BTC

How they scammed: The thread is very misleading compared to the actual guide. Without getting into details to the public. I'll let you all know this now. This guide isn't worth over 5$ and everything in the guide is common knowledge.

Now, before I made this report. I decided to be respectful and I contacted him the night before to see if he's willing to negotiate or shed some light. He didn't answer me and he was still posting on sythe for 5 complete hours after that.

Although, Rothschild knowing his guide is worthless and that he is guilty for scamming indirectly, he ignores me entirely.

I ignored you on discord because you were threating me and being rude also telling me stupid. If any mod needs clarifying PM me here or in discord to keep it private. I am not selling one button money guide, you have to pay some effort to make it passive. He was expecting to make money with one button click and this is impossible and I'd like to see his deleted post I am sure 100% it has false facts. Also he wanted a refund before he purchase the guide

After speaking with both parties and inquiring some Staff opinions @Rothschild will need to fully refund @Muzy.

Your guide states refund guarantee and this customer is simply exercing his rights but here are 2 discrepancies that led to the decision:

1. Passive income: This seems to be the main issue here with your customer. He did ask you first hand about the method's passivity which you've told him it's not 100% passive but to me it looks like there was some kind of confusion between you and your customer. As a guide provider it is your duty to fully inform your customers on what they must do and what they should expect. The thing is that the method becomes passive once you have put x amount of efforts towards it and it looks like you are playing with words here.
2. Flipping: Definition: Flipping refers to purchasing an asset with the intent of selling it for a quick profit rather than holding on for long-term appreciation. I won't go in details as for your method but this is sort of contradictory to the "passive" you are advertising on your guide as we all know flipping requires time and investment.

@Rothschild This is not the first time you have been reported for this very guide and the Staff team has agreed that from now on you will need to fix your banner/guide because it causes misunderstandings and confusion to some people. I know that most of your sales went fine but you can't ignore the other side of the medal here. You have 48 hours to fix both discrepancies mentionned above or at the very least enlighten both advertisements, thank you for your cooperation.

@Muzy @Rothschild Can you both post here once the refund has been completed? I will be able to close the report once that's done.
