"RRR" a.k.a "Takif"

Explanation of the trade: I added him on RS and had a conversation with him about buying his ex-name which he had in his "previous name" (RRR) we decided to meet up in RS3 and talk about how we trade etc. he said he's not on any forums or anything and so forth. We decided the price to be 40m RS3 money, so I went first as the name was something I wanted and I explained him that he will get black listed if he scams me. I went first and gave him the 40m, he first talked with me but then suddenly logged out. He still has the RRR as his previous name and Takif as main name. I first gave him 12m for bond and the 28m afterwards.
How they scammed: I went first with the 40m RS3 money and he logged out.
