Briefly explain the trade: Last night at 11pm eastern i spoke to rollo for a quest. The same night he msg saying that his account got hacked, and his gonna do some scans for virus. That same morning after reading that horried messege i quickly changed my pw. Just about two hours ago i gave him my pw again, to finish what he started and exactly 10mins ago we msg on syth saying why i changed my pw. So then i try logging on and my wealth is gone. Before logging off, last night i took a picture of his ip, and again before i found out my goods are gone.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: We spoke through sythe message.

You posted on his thread saying you needed Ratcatcher done on August 2nd, and the picture you've uploaded shows the quest being incomplete as of August 4th, with IP proof that Rollo was on the account at some point.

Whether he is hacked right now or whether he scammed, I am going to issue a ban and he can dispute and explain himself later. Hopefully we can get your money back.


In the mean time, do you have:

• Any PM's or MSN correspondence between you two? I would like to see it if you do
• Proof of you sending him money/trading him RSGP before he began the service
• Before & after pictures of your bank & money pouch to prove exactly what he took

One more thing Hernando - As his business partner, Ziggurat is liable for any scams that Rollo commits and is responsible for paying you back or completing the original service agreement.

Unless we actually prove exactly how much wealth Rollo moved from the account (which can be very difficult to prove), Ziggurat is NOT responsible for that. He is responsible for the price you paid for the service, and either refunding you cash or completing the quest you paid for.

 

At the moment I'm at break. ill be home in fours hours to take the picture of the conversation we had on sythe messages. I'm not sure if you could either get on my sythe acc or rollo to read the messages if not, ill be posting the pictures as soon as I get home. I can promise you this much, rollo was the only person other than I who has access to my acc. he may had a friend in real life who may logged on to do the transaction or used a different computer, both ip looks familiar. To prove of how much wealth I had before n after this process is impossibl. I wish I could tho, but to be honest as long he gets what he deserves ill be satisfied. As for the rat catcher quest its complete, not by rollo of course. To conclude this, ziggurat has done quest for me, and everything when smooth. oh I also forgot one thing, rollo started doing rat catcher without me paying him first.

 

Unfortunately I cannot access yours or Rollo's account, so we require you to screen shot and upload the PM's or correspondence between you two by yourself. If you could do that when you get home, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also - Thanks for clearing that part up at the end there. I thought you had paid Rollo for the service AND been cleaned on top of that. Now it pretty much looks like he just wanted access to your account to take the items, rather than gaining access to the account and deciding to take the items in the spur of the moment afterwards.

The picture above me is when i started to get impatient because its been nearly two hours on the second day of doing Rat catcher, and also the picture below is when i questioned him " hows everything going" and n you'll see what he said.

After i messaged him twice n left a reply on his questing post, he never got in contact with me.
