Which violation you are reporting the user for:

Self/Fake Vouching: Faking, stealing, or in any way attempting to pass off illegitimate vouches as legitimate will result in a 2 week ban and a TWC. Subsequent offenses will result in a permanent DNT.

• Off-site vouches are not honoured on Sythe, but may be included ONLY in the body of a thread.

Interacting on Two or More Accounts/Sharing Accounts: You are strongly advised not to create more than one account on Sythe. If you do, ensure that the accounts do not interact with each other. Results in a 2 week ban.

• Using a secondary account SOLELY to bump your threads threads is permitted. Normal bump rules still apply.
  
• Sharing accounts is not allowed, however a company may have its own Sythe account, distinct from its members/shareholders, provided it complies with the other rules.

Hi @Zulu - This is accurate and an honest mistake.

Rogue Services used to have multiple owners (Codhi is one of them) and some weren't familiar with Sythe Rules, etc. Since Discord Server Nuke, we just haven't been as active to rebuild the customer base.

Prior to establishing Rogue Services, the owners (or individuals) used to conduct transactions between each other so the vouches are not fake but I do believe they fall under self vouch given we are all 'an entity'.

Anyways, would be appreciated if a ban isn't necessary .. but understandable if not an option.

You state that Codhi is one of the owners of Rogue Services and the vouch in question states "Bought an acc from these guys, quick easy and as described. Fast transaction". Why would an owner buy an account from his own business?

I don’t understand the question. See if the below clarifies:

The owners of Rogue Services, prior to setting up Rogue, used to do transactions between each other. For instance, Owner 1 buying account from Owner 2 and Owner 3 supplying gold to Owner 1.

No sir! Just the one vouch being left by Codhi.

No. The vouch was left 9 months ago and was likely a private transaction.

If it weren’t for discord nuke, I’d be able to provide transcripts showing evidence such transactions were common practice between owners.

 

To summarize:

• Codhi is one of the owners of Rogue Services
• He left a vouch on Rogue Service vouch page
• Proof of the trade cannot be validated (server nuke)
• Codhi had access to the Rogue Service account as indicated by the IP logs

With these facts in mind, the following rules were violated:

A four week ban (Two two-week bans) and a TWC will be placed on the following accounts

• Rogue Services
• Rogue Codezz
• Codhi DODUNSKI
• Codhi

The TWC can be disputed 30 days from when the ban expires. (March 18th, 2025)
