If you are using melee you need these:
Rapier
Soulsplit

Inventory:
6 brews
crossbow+bolts (in meleeing)
Holy wrench (optional, it's fine if not there)
10 restores
Rest of inventory prayer potions

Setup:
Whichever, but consider meleeing is cheaper!
