    @Vronic i'm sorry for your loss, you've got the be careful with discord and always check the capitalization, and i put my unique ID in my threads as well under contact info. Sorry for your loss, i tried to PM u as fast as i can once i understood what was happening, but it seemed to be to late.

    The TWC is terrible though, this could've been prevented with a carefully created PM. It's far from clear and it does not include all required contents of the Discord PM Template. I am very sorry for your loss @Vronic and @Weekday you may dispute your TWC on November 29th, 2018 after you've required some vouches. I highly advice you to use the official Discord PM template.
