he post on pm for me says he can sell upgrade for 12m.
i told him only 11m and he agreed.
i paid him and he said he would send in a pm and removed me from rs
and been like 30 min and he didnt send the gamecard and he is ignoring me

Alright, no we just need confirmation that the GP you gave to the character in game was to his RSN. If you can provide that, I'll ban him pending his evidence.

and after trade he said go in sythe as u see in pic , its proove he got the money
