    Making a separate thread for this.

    I posted here https://www.sythe.org/threads/2607931/official-donor-lounge-dice-thread/page-29#post-24287106 for a $144 (BTC) dice. I beat him, he asked for a DoN, I said no. So I pmed him telling to him to meet me and trade over the 07... he did not, no matter what he claims.

    He claims he traded me but he didn't. I saw him and followed him up to the Lumby bank, traded him. He accepted and as soon as the first trade window popped up he logged.

    Please don't let him get away with this. There are a number of people saying he scammed as well.

    The burden of proof is on the creditor to prove a debt exists.

    The burden of proof is on the debtor to prove that the debt has been discharged (paid off).

    The law never asks a person to prove a negative because this is extremely difficult if not generally impossible.

    Right, But there is no proof of "debt". Think about what you're saying. On the basis of your belief of "debt". I could claim someone hasn't paid me anytime I win a bet.

    As I said before, it is completely ordinary in law (black letter) that the creditor bears the burden to prove a debt exists and the debtor bears the burden to prove it has been discharged.

    You could claim someone hasn't paid your debt, at which point we would turn around to that person and ask for proof of payment whereupon it is their burden to show they paid.

    In future take a video.

    I take a video everytime I win a bet to ensure as the winner I get paid. This same situation happened to me. I won a dice bet and a user claimed he paid me, I had it on video...Bam he got banned. Thats my point. I had proof. There is no concrete proof here.

    No where in the rules does it say I have to record every time I pay someone out.

    You're valuing his word over mine, probably because he's a 100$ donator.
