I think you should re-look into the banning of the account Artemys. I can guarantee you that you made a mistake. What information led to the account being Daily/Wizardgame besides an avatar he used?

 

The IP. Which matches only Daily's IP's.

Roary Roary... he seems a half decent bloke, he's there when I need to ask him something he's also pretty funny ( I see your posts in spam ) They do make me laugh.

Also you have a very professional manner and you're good at one you do keep the work up.

 

Maybe I'm blind because on the audit I don't see Artemys matching Daily or Wizardgame.

Also considering that I know the user Artemys >.<

Around November I told the guy to come and join sythe to troll people for fun and laughs. He never did, only until a few days ago he decided to join sythe and I was completely unaware of who he was until he got banned and called me up on skype. He told me that he wasn't going to come back even if he was unbanned and I don't blame him other than him acting like a douche to everyone for no reason outside of sf.

The funny thing is, if he didn't have that dale gribble avatar, no one would of suspected him for Daily. That right there is ridiculous, and the reason why he used it was because that is his favorite character in king of the hill and decided to use it to match his "personality" after he saw pictures of hank hill in sf.. So he told me.

You have to take deals like this seriously because the blame game is never cool. I told him to dispute his ban, but he said no.

Your story does not add up. First you said that you banned him because you weren't dumb when I asked in "where did he go", now you're saying the IP's match which is a complete lie. You could understand my frustration being that he was framed. His attitude was shit and he annoyed me too before I knew who he was, but you can't go around doing this.

Imagine all the non ban evaders banned because of situations like this? Gotta be more accurate. If Daily decides to pardon for who the hell knows why again and this account is being used against him for evading, that is kind of my fault and wouldn't want that to happen.

The IP isn't an exact match, but a partial match. That, alongside the blatant evader attitude and behaviour warranted a ban in my eyes. When I said "i'm not dumb", I was basically saying "it wasnt just based on the avatar". If he wants to dispute I can look again, we all make mistakes.

I'm not telling "a story", I'm not trying to incriminate anyone. If he disputes and after a second look everything is fine.. then so be it. If you have an issue with a ban I've placed then simply PM me.

 

Sorry if I came off rude, I was just didn't want anyone to blame other banned members for something they didn't do. I can care less if he disputes since he isn't coming back.

The only admin that truly cares to benefit sythe and help members of the community. As always keep up the good work!

 

He curses a lot I don't think an admin really needs to do that, he has been cursing at me in al his replies to me and I think he's being unfair only giving me two infractions but no warnings. But I think you could be a little more fair and less cursing. Looking back now I should of known that wasn't allowed and shouldn't of done it. But still a warning seemed more appropriate my first time.

 

He was only joking, he doesn't usually go round going "fuck" in every post.

 

The feedback thread reply was a light hearted joke as you chose to swear at us several times and call us faggots for something that had not yet been seen to. So, if you took it offensively I apologise.

Infraction 1: I gave you this for insulting someone seeking help in Personal Support. The rule/sticky you didn't follow can be found here and it is one I take very seriously. Trolling or being offensive in personal support, where people go when they need help with whatever issue, can have a very detrimental effect on someone you wouldn't give two thoughts to after posting such a comment.

Infraction 2: I gave you this one for calling someone a loser and a nerd in Something For All. The rule/sticky you didn't follow can be found here and is also one of our more moderated sections.

I would advise that you read all stickies before posting and refrain from being offensive or insulting toward our users - you will continue to be infracted. And to be honest I didn't even realise I'd previously infracted you so any accumulation of infractions from myself isn't any sort of personal agenda. Any further issues with infractions should be PM'd to the member of staff who issued them.

There is so much I want to say about you, but I'll try to keep the list very, very short.

I appreciate everything you do. You have been very supportive in my decision, many months ago, to keep N4N0 out of anything of what could potentially be seen as a "N4N0 move" if something involves me. It's not that he's not capable of being unbiased, I just want to keep boyfriend and Admin apart. It's difficult being a girlfriend of an admin but you, among many staff members, have made it easy for me to keep them separate since December. It's just not enough to simply say thank you to you and all of the staff members.

Please keep it up with the competitions and continue to encourage other staffers to do the same. During your last minirank competition, there were so many users that joined TeamSpeak that day and playing your game. It really made it so much fun hearing everyone's reactions and interactions with each other. A lot of time has passed but it's still a topic that gets brought up about how much fun it was being all together playing it. Hehe.

Not a problem; I'll make sure I give the TS a mention when I do some more, which should hopefully be sooner rather than later. I'll get the minirank suggestions added.

 

I appreciate that. But, unfortunately TS is currently being ddosed for the last day and a half. Sad too since it's been growing in popularity on a daily basis and N4N0 just bought a service for the TS to have the member count bumped up from the current 32 limit to 250. We can only hope we can get it up and running again real soon. It has been great attracting new members to join the site as well.
