Although I may not post much on this site aside from my sales thread.. I do look around, a lot. I want to commend Roary on being an excellent staff member, and for assisting me in the issues I've faced over the past few days on this site. I remember when he was a Global Mod months ago, and is defiantly deserving of his admin position.

other then that was the first mod i had added and helped me out when I get a few rough patches on Sythe, much respect my man

 

If it was me, I'd demote him for being a faggot. Things that he's done unproductively over the past few months

- Used 2 skype accounts, who does that?
- Breaks his phone charger then takes a month to replace it
- Gets promoted from Global to Admin faster than most see Sectional -> Global
- Lives in Scotland. Nuff' said.

Overall, Roary's performance is a 1/10, but there is potential for the future.

Richard's opinion counts if you get choosen as admin. Richard is promoting to admins / accept as admins people that he trust personally, so I dont think thats a problem, he deserved it.
2 skype accounts, alot of people do it. If you're admin and one of the most helpful people around that has quite big knowegle about nearly everything you get TONS of questions. I get myself 20-30 messages on skype / day so you can guess he probably gets even more. That's annyoing so he keeps trusted people/Sythe friends/ IRL friends on private skype and on his public skype just Sythe users. It's very good especially if you work everyday, study hard course + take care about Sythe. In situations like this you can't really be disturbed every 15mins with a question like how's my pardon etc. Regarding phone charger maybe he ordered one and it came to him ,it was broken so he had to send it back & wait for repair/new one? Random accidents happen
