"Vallance" Unpaid What He Owed

Explanation of the trade: Was an RSPS Trade 2bil Runewild RSPS GP for 40m 07 Gp.
How they scammed: We went to trade and as I was going to give him the 07 he said "Oh I only have 1.8b not 2b, let me give you back some gp (referring to 07), then I said or you can just give me 200m runewild whenever you get it either or so he said okay. Then I waited a full day nothing from him as I seen he had stock on the server selling to other people before I got what I was owed. Then yesterday I asked him to please give me the 200m got no reply the whole day.. Now today I get banned on Runewild I,P, banned meaning I cant login or make a new account at all so I cant collect 200m even if I wanted to so I asked for the 4m back that was the alternative to the deal and he says "no refund" but I stated that it isn't a refund as it was still owed me to I did not receive it... so he said report him he will deal with it through sythe so here you go..

Other relevant trade screenshots: ALL PICTURES ABOVE ARE IN ORDER AS THE CHATS WENT FROM START TO FINISH WITH SOME IRRELEVANT CONVO IN BETWEEN. Those are the pictures of just the trades directly and convo about what was owed to me and how he was going ot "give me some gp back because he only had 1.8b". Thanks for reading.. sucks hes going to get banned over 4m 07 then have to pay me it anyway then have to go through all this mess... I tried to tell him but it is what it is. Thanks

 

Agreement was 200M runewild, I had offered you multiple times to take it. It is not my fault that you have allegedly been I.P banned, my terms are clear. You claimed you lost "5b" staking then got I.P banned, lol.

I also was not advertising runewild stock, until I had it in stock, does not seem reasonable to lie.

There was no alternative to the deal regarding 07 whatsoever, that is you taking it however you'd want to take it.

You are claiming I have not paid what I owe you, well I have offered you multiple times, so please take responsibility for the alleged ban and make a new account and come and collect your 200m runewild.

There is literally no evidence to back up what you suggest, this is ridiculous.

@TIXX You claimed you going through a DNT, why not comment also on that account?

 

After reviewing your thread @Vallance - You did not have the full stock during the time of his order, there is nothing on it that mentions sales are final. To make things easy I am going to ask you to refund him in 07 GP as he claims to no longer have access to Runewild.

Please let me know when this has been resolved @Vallance & @Bobobagginz.

 

@Pendulum I understand I didn't have the "Full stock" at the time of the order.

Customer had asked for 2B runewild, I said wait I only have 1.8B. He agreed and said okay then just pay me back the other 200M when you get more stock. This is all evident in the chat logs, the customer was not forced for pay, nor was mislead. That was the agreement, no mention of a refund regarding 07 was mentioned.

I would not of accepted the agreement between the customer and I, if 07 refund was mentioned or agree upon, it wasn't.

It is not my fault that he was allegedly banned, I state clear on my thread that I take no responsibility for any bans and it's a risk.

I'll be 100% sure to update my thread now to add that all sales are final just to avoid this little problem in the future.

Have also unblocked the customer on discord, waiting for him to claim his 200M runewild. If he should upload sufficient evidence to suggest that he has been "banned" from runewild, I will gladly pay him the 4M 07 even though it was not agreed to and I have stood ground based on the terms and what was agreed.

He has not been banned from runewild, at all. He was cleaned by staking.

Have offered to pay him back 200M runewild, no response for days.
