^This account belongs to a EX partner of mine and hes ip has been on my sythe cause he had access back when we worked together.

The reason i was banned is cause he got a ban so i was banned for ban evading shortly after even tho i didn't do anything wrong.

Well i do admit it wasn't a smart move to share my sythe and i will never do this again in the future if i get a second chance. i apologise for the problems this caused in the first place..

I can see im responsible for my IP and yes i am and i explained therefor that HIS ip logged into my acc a few times, however my own ip is clean i never scammed / hacker / blackhat stuff on it at all. i ended all contact with this ex partner since he was into the blackhat stuff.
