Explanation of the trade:
I bought 3 million Fifa coins for $120. They implied they had it in stock and would be delivered within a few hours so I agreed. I am yet to receive my coins, and they no longer reply to me. The screenies include me asking and them just wasting time. It's a pretty straight forward case.

How they scammed:
They did not give me what I had bought? Wasting time. Ignoring my messages to them when there is a read system.

Sorry for the days without a reply. The worker who closed those conversations (4 times) is not in the FIFA team and shouldn't touch them in the first place. I'll talk to them to make sure that doesn't happen again.
As for the coins, we have had a few issues with the supply, which I tried to communicate to every customer affected, but obviously failed. Sorry again.
As for your order, I've refunded the order. If you paid with paypal balance it should be on your paypal account now, if you paid with card or bank balance it can take a few business days for the refund to arrive.

Your order was cancelled and refunded as Cas mentioned above. This post is to explain you how our system works. As you can see at your order page, your order came up with an error in our system, you didn't have enough coins on your account to start the trade, therefore we couldn't deliver. At the order page on our website you're able to change any filled in info regarding your order and re-try it, when your data is correct (and it was because the system already logged in) and you've enough coins on your account the trade will start.
